Identification, Payment, and Insurance
Customer identification, payment authorization, a security deposit, and proof of rented-equipment insurance may be required depending on the customer and rental.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for loss, theft, damage beyond ordinary wear, missing accessories, excessive cleaning, and late returns as set out in the signed rental agreement.
Equipment Tracking
Equipment may contain disclosed location devices for inventory management, theft deterrence, and recovery.
Generator Safety Terms
Operate generators outdoors only in a dry, well-ventilated location away from doors, windows, vents, occupied areas, combustible materials, and standing water. Allow the generator to cool before refuelling and follow all manufacturer operating and carbon-monoxide safety instructions.
Light Cart Safety Terms
Place light carts on firm, level ground and maintain safe clearance from overhead power lines and other obstructions. Secure all mast pins before use, control access around equipment and cords, and lower the mast before moving the cart or during unsuitable weather.
Extension Cord Safety Terms
Use approved, grounded, outdoor-rated extension cords and adapters of the proper gauge. Keep connections away from standing water, protect cords from traffic and damage, and never use a generator to backfeed a building.
Delivery and Retrieval
All rentals are delivered and retrieved by the owner. Delivery and retrieval charges are confirmed in the written quote and may vary by distance, site access, timing, and equipment quantity.
